ALLOPLANT - CATALOGUE

Alloplant for the liver volume defects replacement

This alloplant has the expressed connective tissue stroma, which provides good frame properties and modelling shapesIndications: liver wounds, parenchymatous bleedings from the extensive injured liver surfaces (from liver stump after the liver resection, from the gall-bladder bed after cholecystectomia).
It is also applied for the injured defect replacement with the subsequent stitching through it or above it, and as a padding material when placing sutures on liver with the purpose to prevent their cutting through.
The injured channel or cavity is tightly tamponed by the alloplant, which provides a reliable hemostasis. With the use of the allotendinous sutures the surface Ï-formed suture is put onto the wound. The biomaterial can be also used in ruptures and resections of liver and kidneys, parasitic and not parasitic cysts, cholecystectomia.
