Alloplants for mandibular plasty

The transplants for the jaw plasty can be used in combination with the transplants — allogenic limiter for the directional osseous regeneration.
In case of the mandible branch plasty on the joint end of the osseous transplant a neoarthrosis is created for arthroplasty with the aid of the dermal transplant as per the authors method. The same method is used in the treatment of the temporomandibular joint ankylosis. There are data of the distractional osteogenesis opportunities in the Alloplant transplants as well as the osteointegration with them of the titanic constructions.

Alloplant for mandibular plasty (heterotopic) Heterotopic allotransplants are convexo-concave plates ranging from 1cm to 2,5cm in width and 5cm to 15cm in length. Their thickness is about 0.5cm. These parameters allow to successfully use them both for the plasty of branch and mandibular body including the mental region.

Alloplant for mandibular plasty (Orthotopic) Orthotopic allotransplants are different in size and volume areas of the mandible. Their application allows to achieve a single-stage restoration of the anatomical form.
